Daloö

Daloö’s scope is to provide control of the productive hours by assigned projects and resources, where employees can record the hours destined to tasks within a project, and in turn, can make the record of these activities in which they were involved during the day. The system allows the creation of the organizational structure allowing to create the areas of the company within the system and assign an area manager.

Areas Module

List of sessions displays the work sessions per collaborator where it indicates the hours destined to projects and the hours destined to investigation.

Registration of sessions: In this section the collaborator enters the tasks performed during the day and in the same way can indicate the hours of research that it took him to perform that task.

Request for incorporation of sessions: In this section the collaborator is allowed to request the incorporation of a work session of a previous day, this in case the collaborator has not entered the session on the corresponding day.

Overtime requests: In this section the collaborators make the request to perform overtime in case any project or request of the managers define it and require it.

Approval of applications: In this section the person in charge of the area performs the approval of both overtime and the incorporation of pending sessions.
